Question:
Several months
ago I read your column about cardio and alternating
between brisk runs and walking and decided
to try. Well, I lost fat and inches off my
waist line! People are starting to tell me
how nice I look, but I've noticed I'm not
losing as much as now. Why?
Answer: There can be a couple reasons. First,
make sure that your eating hasn't changed.
Another possible reason could be exercise
plateau. To challenge yourself even more,
jump into a cardio class at your gym several
times a week to introduce your body to new
movements.

Question:
How long will it take me to notice a difference
if I increase reps and lower weight? I wanna
get cut and more lean.
Answer: Increasing reps and lowering the weight
doesn’t necessarily get a person more
cut and lean. Take a good look at your eating
habits. No matter how perfect you weight train,
without undressing the muscles from the fat
on top, the strong dense muscles underneath
can never be revealed.
Question: Which whey protein powders
are the best?
Answer:
I've tried different protein supplements when
I notice that I'm not eating enough chicken
or beef in correlation with my training intensity’s
and durations through-out a week. I do look
at how many grams of protein is in each serving,
along with the ratio of calories and carbs.
Taste is also just as important to me, so
I always ask the health store which is the
most popular and best tasting, and they will
usually be correct.
