Youngbloodz: Still Partners

 

HOLLYWOOD, California -- La Face Records and Zomba Label Group are set to release yet another album of one of Atlanta's most prominent rap duos, Youngbloodz. Their release, Ev'rybody Know Me, comes on the heels of their gold-selling debut album Drankin Patnaz, which featured their smash single, gold-selling debut CD with their smash single, "Damn" in which they won a music award for "Single of the Year." The first single from the new release, entitled "Presidential," is again produced by Lil' Jon and is beginning to blaze the radio airwaves across the country. Co- written by the duo and Shawty Putt, the hit single showcases the Youngbloodz in all things Crunk.

The Youngbloodz newest release, Ev'rybody know me, is poised to become one of the most sought after CDs from a Southern rap duo.

Of the single "Presidential", member Sean Paul exclaimed, "We're coming back brand new! While everybody else is doing it big, we're doing it 'Presidential'. The younger cats are going to want to get back motivated off this. That's what we do. We're the spokesmen for the younger generation." In addition to cuts produced Lil Jon, the album also finds the group in the studio with Jazze Pha (who produced cuts for Ciara, TI as well as Big Boi from Outkast), Scott Storch and Daz Dillinger. Youngbloodz also serve as album executive producers along with co-manager of the group Rico Washington. Well-known director Lenny Bass sat behind the director's chair on the promotional video for "Presidential." The Youngbloodz Says J-Bo of the album title Ev'rybody Know Me, "While everybody else is doing it big, we're doing it presidential. The younger cats are going to want to get back motivated off this.
